Another one pot meal A fritatta is similar to a quiche without crust. Heavily loaded with vegetable and some sort of meat (often sausage). It is started on the stovetop and finished in the oven.
What you'll learn: How to make a fritatta and/or the beginning of a quiche - pair with the pie crust class you you've got it.
Warm, savory and perfect for a rainy Lynden day. Bonus, because you are the chef you can add whatever vegetables you love and leave out the ones you hate!
Pair with the home made noodle class and you could be a master chef.
This was a staple I grew up on. The "easy" recipe includes canned soup and canned or frozen vegetables. Not something I would recommend but for this level of comfort food for me, totally worth it.
